We bought our first vacation home over 15 years ago in Bellaire, MI. We would vacation up north all summer with our family. The community is so friendly and inviting, that as our children got older, we decided to make this our permanent home and moved to Bellaire full time 6 years ago. There is so much to go see and do in northern Michigan with all of the changing seasons.
We decided to buy another property on the lake to rent. This would make it possible for other families to make memories for years to come. With my background in sales and real estate, we decided it would be a fun thing to get involved with other property owners and help manage their properties while they are out of town.
