There's plenty to do nearby, or stay in & have fun at the large dining area and play board games. 2 Fire pits for s'mores.

House Rules
Information
1. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside of the premises.
2. Pets: Dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $50.00 at time of reservation. (2 dogs max and under 50#). Please be respectful and pick up after your pet in the yard and fill in any holes if they dig. (If holes are not taken care of, you may lose your deposit).
3. Check-in / Check-out: To allow us to have the home properly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, we ask that guests check-out by 10:00 AM and that new guests arrive after 4:00 PM. If you have specific circumstances where you may need a different time, please email, or call and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
4. Minimum Stay: Minimum stay requirements vary by season, but there is generally a 2-night minimum stay requirement. 7 nights minimum during the months of July & August.
5. Damage Deposits: We require a $500 damage deposit for all reservations. This deposit is fully refundable and will be promptly returned to the guest if there is no damage to the property. I will request through the booking platform. All items in the house are inventoried. Loss or damage of any item is the responsibility of the guest(s) for replacement or repair cost. Any items damaged, broken, or stolen will be charged to the renter in replacement and/or repaid costs. Please let the property manager know if something gets broken so we can replace for the next guest.
6. Towels / Linens: We provide bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for all guests as well as sheets and extra blankets for the beds, so guests do not need to bring their own. We do have some beach towels but might be a good idea to bring some of your own. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
7. Kitchen Supplies and Dining: We provide a good supply of cooking and dining utensils for guests to use. This includes a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, crock pot, salt, pepper, and some basic condiments. We also provide a starter kit with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and shampoo. Please do not eat in the bedrooms and please wash any dishes that have been used prior to departure.
8. We so have some Kayaks and boat tubes and fishing poles available at the house for your use.
9. Outdoor Grilling: Please clean the grill after use.
10. Cancellations: Full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund of accommodation fee up to 1 week prior to arrival, then non-refundable.
11. Acceptable Guests: Only the number of guests noted in the reservation are allowed on the premises. The primary person listed on the reservation must also be present in person during the stay and they must be present as well at initial check-in.
12. Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM and before 7:00 AM.
13. Parking: Parking for up to 2 cars is provided on the driveway. (There is space for boat or snowmobile trailer in designated parking area.)
14. Furniture / Decor: Please do not rearrange furniture or decor.
15. Candles: Please do not burn any candles in the home.
16. Bonfires and Firewood: A fun and family-friendly fire pit with chairs is provided for having bonfires and s'mores. Firewood is not provided but is available for purchase at various grocery stores and gas stations in the area. Please fully extinguish all bonfires with water when done.
17. Air Conditioning: Guests are welcome to use the air conditioning, but please turn off or down the AC when away for long periods and when checking out.
18. Parties / Events: Parties or events of any kind are prohibited without prior written approval from host.
19. Weapons / Illegal Drugs: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs or weapons of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
20. Respect: This is the property owners; home when they stay in the area, so please be respectful of the property like how you would treat your own and keep it clean before you leave.
21. Liability: The owners of the property, as well as Bellaire Property Management, are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur while on the premises or in usage of its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Ponton boat is for rent on the property, must sign a boat waiver form.
Please note that any violation of these rules will result in charges being made against the guest’s damage deposit as deemed appropriate by the host and/or, for serious offenses, immediate forfeiture of any remaining days and time on the reservation and removal from the property without any kind of financial refund.
